Welcome

Welcome to our blog - we have decided to keep a record of the house build as things progress. A blog seemed a good way to share the progress with friends and family all over the world.
I will generally post the updates - Steve will be taking photos and running around like crazy getting other things done.

We're building a Metricon Nolan 45 (adapted) in Kellyville on our new block of land (around 790 square metres).

New posts will be at the top, so start from the bottom and work your way up. Feel free to comment if you wish - we don't expect it all to be exciting so encouragement will be very welcome.

7th December - False Alarm

So, Steve was up at 5am, excited by the prospect of the pool liners arriving at 6am this morning as scheduled. However, they did not show!  Steve rang them and it seems they got confused between Kellyville and Glenbrook (well, they have 3 letters in common).  I tried to see the funny side, but I confess to having struggled with that.

So the contractor said we would be on the list to do next week (subject to rain delays).
